There are three ways to register.

     
1. Print form and mail with $100 deposit to: Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena

2. Print form and fax to 412-820-7658 and then call 412-820-0657 for credit card payment
     

3. Click on Send Form and call 412-820-0657 for credit card payment

 Youth Flag Football (1st and 2nd Session $100) (3rd Session $55)

PISA Premier Option 1:$100 (Training Only) Option 2: $195 (Option 1 plus game)

Soccer Cubs: $100 for 10 sessions

 Soccer Mom’s Fitness $60 for 8 Sessions
